We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund.

5. APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

We may charge:

  • late cancellation fees
  • no-show fees
  • deposit forfeiture

You agree to follow all booking and cancellation policies as listed in our clinic system (JaneApp) or communicated by our staff.

6. PACKAGES, PREPAID SERVICES & EXPIRY

Packages, series, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be converted to clinic credit at our discretion, based on current per-session value.

Packages may expire; expired sessions may be forfeited.

7. PRODUCTS & ONLINE ORDERS

Product purchases made online are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders placed using the same:

  • account
  • credit card
  • billing or shipping address

You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.

8. CLINICAL PHOTOS & MEDIA

Clinical photos taken during treatment are part of your medical record.

We will not use your photos for marketing unless you provide explicit written consent.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal and medical information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Canadian privacy laws.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website or our services to:

  • harass or harm staff
  • interfere with clinic operations

13. INDEMNIFICATION
