Shipping Information
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Please allow additional processing time during promotional periods and holidays
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently offer shipping within Canada only.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $9.99
- Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days): $19.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $29.95
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 (Before Tax)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or by logging into your account on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Include all original components, inserts, and documentation
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products, cosmetics, or any items that have broken seals.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Customized or personalized products
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@thrivemedicalaesthetics.ca or call us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Obtain Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product): We will cover return shipping costs
- Returns for other reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refund Amount
- Unopened, eligible products: Full refund of the product price
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To request an exchange, please follow the return process outlined above and specify your exchange preference.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@thrivemedicalaesthetics.ca with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
- Photos of the packaging
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Thrive Medical Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature upon delivery for high-value orders.
